Description
It is a good base camp for those who want to explore Capitol Reef National Park, Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, or drive through scenic byway 12. Few minutes away, campers can access several hiking, biking, fishing, and 4WD trails.
Their RV sites are wide and long, have full hookups, picnic tables, and fire pits. Tent sites are shady and are close to swimming pool, restrooms, laundry, and showers. They also have camping cabins, deluxe and super deluxe. Perfect for those who want to go on a nature adventure but do not want to sacrifice comfort. Wherever you might be in this park, you will have a beautiful view of red rock mountains
Thousand Lakes also has a mini mart and gift shop, auto and RV repair, 4WD jeep rentals, onsite grill and BBQ restaurant, and hair salon.
Daily rates for tent sites cost $20, RVs at $39.50 for partial hookups and $40.50 for full hookups, cabins start at $39 to $109 a night.

Really nice RV park, has all the facilities you could want, clean washrooms and hot showers at no charge. Free wifi, AT&T coverage. Coin laundry. Great views from the unpowered sites. 22 dollars with tax after CAA discount made it a good place to clean up and plan the next leg of the trip between nights of free camping. Friendly, organized staff.

Nice place, good views from the p+w sites in the back. Little road noise there. Good wifi. There's a small restaurant on site.

28 $ Inc. Tax. für unpower Spontan vorbei gefahren und noch einen schicken Platz bekommen. Sehr Sauber und nettes Personal. Der Campingplatz ist wie ein kleines Städtchen aufgebaut, kleines Geschäft, morgens kann man Kaffee kaufen 75c und Abends kann man für morgens Frühstück bestellen. Schöner Ausblick!
