Hartness House Inn offers lodging in 38 rooms, each with a private bath and other modern hotel amenities. 11 rooms are named the Mansion Rooms, which are located in the main house, the original Hartness mansion. The other 27 rooms are called the Annex Rooms, which are located in two later additions to the mansion. All rooms at Hartness House Inn enjoy full access to the Inn's common rooms and all other amenities, including concierge services and pool passes at the Rec Center. A light continental breakfast is included with the overnight stay.
