Description

Since 1969, the Mount Holly Community Historical Museum offers collections that include quilts, linens, clothing, Civil War memorabilia, farm, blacksmith and logging equipment, a former post office, artifacts from former local industries, school house items and a large photograph collection. It is home to a mammoth tusk that was found during the building of the railroad through Mount Holly, and has been designated the Vermont Terrestrial Fossil.
