Description
A total of 221 sites are available at Big Meadows campground. 51 of those are tent-only sites. It is centrally-located within Shenandoah National Park with access to the most popular destinations in the park.
All sites have picnic tables and fire rings. There is a trash bin, food lockers, camp store, amphitheater, laundry, dump station, water, restrooms and showers.
Camping fee is $30 a night. It is open from March to November.

We stayed two nights on this beautiful campground. Even sites, open fire places, many toilets all over the campground, picnic table on each site, deers running through the campground, nice walking tracks nearby. Highly recommended

Very nice campground with shade from the trees. Fire pit and tables, clean restrooms and showers next to the entrance. Recommended!
