Description

Pocahontas State Park has plenty of options for recreations. Visitors can explore the 90 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. It also has an aquatic recreation center with pools. Fishing and boating on Swift Creek and Beaver Lakes can also be done. All campsites at the park have water and electric hookups, picnic tables, grills, and lantern holders. Restrooms and hot showers are available. Cabins, lodges, and yurts can also be rented. Daily rate is $35 to $40 for a single site.
