Description
An astounding collection of all things transportation. Twelve locamotives (mostly steam) and passenger cars are parked in the yard. Many cars and planes (and a rocket) are also on display.

A first-rate transportation museum. It's unsurprising that trains predominate - five important rail lines converge on Roanoke VA, where the museum is located.
