Discover Pass not excepted. Fees are half price with America The Beautiful pass. Great value this pass. Camping is between river and Hwy. These a railway line on the other side of river. Has a campground host (when we were here) so toilets are nice and clean. Sites are all sealed as is roadway. Only a few site's have trees, most are in the open
