I am the only person here in a tent. Thankfully I am in site 23 which has some tree cover, but most of the sites are really exposed, which is problematic during windy days. A safer bet for tent campers would be Rhododendron Park, which is about ten minutes away.

Nice spot near ferry terminal. Access via Fort Casey main entrance. Close to waters edge and short walk to old gun enplacements. Nice clean toilets, showers cost 25c per 3min.
