Nestled near its namesake river, it is a popular camp for anglers. Salmon are abundant in Lyre River during their migration. It has a total of 11 sites. Picnic tables, fire rings, water, and toilets are available.

Really lovely setting on a beautiful creek. Picnic tables, fire rings and it toilets. Good for a DNR campground. Only 10 sites. 1 disability site. First come basis.
