Description
Schafer State Park is a great place to fish on the Satsop River. Inner-tube floating can also be done in the river. Wildlife viewing and playing Horsehoe pits are other activities to try here.
The park has 37 standard sites, 9 partial hookups, and 1 primitive site. Dump stations, restrooms, and showers are available. Vehicles up to 40 feet can be accommodated in some sites.
Camping fee is $12 to $45 a night.

Nice little campground near a stream. Most sites are shady and level. Showers take tokens. Some sites reservable but some also first come first serve.
