Description

Experience homesteading in Washington and journey back to the 1880s at the Pioneer Farm Museum. Go on a farm tour where children can engage in chores in the log activity cabin including grinding grains, churning cream, scrubbing laundry, and carding wool. Visitors can also dress up like pioneers and have their hair curled with an antique curling iron or shave with an old-fashioned dulled straight razor. There's also a 90-minute guided tour at the Ohop Indian Village, where visitors can learn to do the same things that native people did at different times of the year.
