Incudes showers and a clean outdoor pool. Yes a laundromat, gas, store, etc. The back section for tents, please be aware there are a lot if people living here full time, not the navion set. So guard your stuff

I love this place!! Warm showers, beautiful spots with small fire pit and pick nick tables. Very nice owner. I wish they'd offer me a more affordable monthly spot tho as I've been paying a daily rate at this place for a few months now which is over 1k a month and makes it a bit more difficult to save money.
