Primarily all gravel, some lots have grass and picnic tables, but ours had neither. Nice level lots but small. Dogs allowed but must be under 25 pounds. No wifi. Across the street from Walmart and close to many restaurants and fast food. Go to Safeway to get gasoline or diesel.

Friendly & generous caretaker,full of RVs,not too noisy, though you can here the highway,showers are an extra charge of 25ct,Picnic tables,free good WiFi,really short distance to Walmart,Clean & solid washrooms
