Description
Merrick State Park features island campground sites and some sites in the south campground with river access for mooring watercraft or fishing directly from the sites. There are three miles of hiking trails and two boat landings that provide easy launching for boats of all sizes.

Has spacious sites and well-maintained facilities. However, trains running close by sound their horns and there is no cell phone service.
