Description
Visit Curt Gowdy State Park and see their seven unique sections of richly varied landscape, and flora and fauna that decorate the foothills of the Laramie Mountains. The park holds three reservoirs: Granite, which offers excellent rainbow trout and kokanee salmon fishing, and enough space for water sports; Crystal, which is the smallest of the reservoirs and features shoreline fishing for brown trout, rainbow trout and kokanee salmon; and North Crow, an unimproved fishing area.
The park offers campers a total of 178 campsites, which are all by reservation only. Aspen Grove Campground is next to a free public horse corral for visitors who would like to camp with horses.
