Curtis Canyon Campground is a great place to camp for those wanting to be close to town but still off the beaten path, as it is located above the National Elk Refuge. It offers 12 campsites with two pull-throughs, one dumpster and a food storage box available.

Only a dozen or so sites fairly close together but not too close. Shady with the cleanest vault toilets Ive seen and water, fire rings and wood picnic tables all in great shape.

lovely camp host Corey. First in first serve. Firewood for sale. lots of nice walking trails.
