Description
Firehole Canyon Campground is located within the Flaming Gorge Recreation Area, offering campers scenic views of the reservoir and surrounding bluffs and red rock formations. The area features 32 single units and four double units, all with a cabana, a picnic table, and a campfire ring. Showers. trash collection. and a dump station are provided onsite.

Campground was closed on 17 October 2020. We stayed in the car park of day use area overnight. No signs saying we couldn't. One other person camping there too. Beautiful place, great spot to fish.

This is a pretty nice place for a stop over. It sits right along the river with an awesome view of the Chimney Rocks! Each campsite has its own 'cabana' which is basically a covered picnic table. The camp managers were also super nice!
