Description

Yellowstone Lake is the largest lake at high elevation (above 7,000 feet) in the country, and visitors can see it at Sedge Bay. The natural lake has 131.7 square miles of surface area and 141 miles of shoreline. Take note that swimming is not recommended and occasionally prohibited in Yellowstone.
