Description
Hike the 1.3-mile paved Tower Trail, which begins across the parking area from the visitor center, and has a steep and short junction that leads visitors to a junction that can walk around the base of the Tower.
See cloths or small bundles attached to the trees, which are Native American prayer clothes and represent the spiritual connection the tribes have with the Tower. Do not touch, disturb, remove, or photograph these clothes, as it is not only culturally insensitive to do, but also disrespectful.

Easy walk and well worth it. Great views with interpretative signs.
